For any private medical college in any state.. u can apply for whether u possess a domicile or not.

The only difference a domicile makes is that it makes u eligible for seat under 85% state quota seats so that u could apply for govt medical college as well..

However both these fees will vary depending on the type of institute the candidate is applying for admission:
