As you mentioned with general category and 377 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible as previous year last student who got admission had 450+ marks.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year or go for

Dear Deepika, in 2018 under State Quota, 390 marks secured a seat in BDS under SVU area. This is the cut off for SC Category for GDC. 345 marks secured a seat in Narayana Dental College under SC Category in Private Dental College. 380.marks are the cut.off.dor AU BDS colleges.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With OBC category and 483 marls, you might not get any government college through All India quota in other states.
