If the rank you mentioned is your All India Rank then you can get a seat in good government colleges. So do try in government colleges. If this is your state rank then you have some chance of getting government college. You can also try in private colleges.
You have a good rank in NEET 2019 and also you belong to the OBC category. So you do have chances of getting government college. You can also get a seat in any private college for sure. But you have chances for government college also. So do try

It is very difficult to get Government Colleges under All India Quota seats & State quota seats however you can try for the Private/ Deemed Universities.
