Since you are of SC category and from Bihar, it is quite possible to get seat in few colleges as per last year's cutoff.

It will be tough to get seat in PMCH and NMCH but you will easily get a seat in Anugrah Narayan Medical College, Gaya

As per the previous years cutoff trends of JSS Medical College , it is tough to get a seat there with your mentioned rank in general category . However, you can get seat there if you belong to reserved category or you can go for management quota seats.
