Only orthopedic disability is consider. Minimum 40% and maximum 70% is qualification for medical .more than 70% not able to do mbbs . visual handicap are eligible to BPth course .also there is very hard medical checking in respective centres only four in india,

Well if you are looking for government colleges for Medical courses  .
Then   i m really sorry to say but at your marks you wont able to get admission in any course
Because  this year cutoff goes higher and varies depending upon the different colleges and state.

Dear candidate,
Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.

according to your rank and sc caste category yes you are elligible to get into the government colleges but the chances are very odd,so you may  have to consider to go with private colleges also so that you may get seat in any of the either colleges.
