There is no limitation in the number of choices for colleges in neet counseling . You are allowed to choose as many colleges as you want and also there is no limitation of course.
You are allowed to choose for MBBS colleges as well as BDS colleges.

Since you belong to the UR category you need minimum 50th percentile to qualify neet UG 2019. Now this is not percentage but it is percentile. The percentile is calculated as:
(No.of students behind you/total no.of students) multiplied by 100.
You can calculate your percentile using this equation
