Frankly speaking you won't get any govt. college at the above mentioned rank. If you look at previos year's trends the MBBS or even BdS seats are alloted on much higher rank than this in all india quota counselling. In state counselling your admission depends on your state

1. NEET 2019 admit card
2. NEET score card/ rank letter
3. Class 10 certificate and marksheet
4. Class 12 certificate and Marksheet
5. ID proof ( aadhar/ pan card/ driving license/passport)
6. 8 passport size photographs
7. Provisional allotment

The last year stats say that the person with marks of 345-360 and above belonging to SC category can get an admission into government MBBS college in Tamil Nadu.

Hello dear student, as I am guessing you must have obtain good marks and qualified NEET with flying colours. So the fees for neet UG counseling is Rs 1000/- for the unreserved category or general category while it's 500 for all the other categories. I hope this will be helpful
