Dear Prince, Uttar Pradesh NEET 2019 Counselling will be started from the second week of August 2019. It is organized by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, UP under the State Government. The authority conducts the counselling for 85% quota seats in the state medical and dental colleges.

You have good score in NEET 2019. You have chances of getting government medical college. Also you can get a good private college. But do try for a government college as you have chances of getting a government college. I cannot tell the exact college you can get

See as per your Marks-172 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat for Homeopathy even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side
