After going through your 1st round of counselling, if you don't get college well then you can for secound round of counselling. But make sure you give prior information to college if you are alloted with a college in your 1st round of counselling. The process for going

1.MTG for Biology

2. Errorless for Physics (but leave JEE Advanced questions as they are way beyond NEET and aren't of any use for NEET aspirants)

3. Errorless for Chemistry (again leave JEE Advanced questions)

Yes you do have some chances as you belong to the SC category. But you can get a seat in a private college for sure.  I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year. But you can use our website's college predictor
