Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
Although your neet score is isn't very high yet I believe that you will be able to get a seat in private colleges .As Aipvt seats in private colleges are sometimes even left unfilled .
