The chances of getting a government college with this score is negligible. You need to score more than 550+ to be on the safe side to get government college. You can get private college for sure with this score. But there is not much chance of getting government
Hi, sorry to say there is more competition among sc people itselt so you will not get MBBS government seat ...you can try for private college where you can go for both MBBS and BDS.

The medical fitness certificate is not required for the MBBS admissions in state quota counselling or All india counselling. If you are a person with physical disabilities then you have to prsent the certificate of disability otherwise you can simply go for the counselling rounds you can varify your documents.
Yes you can get MBBS for sure. But there is not much chance of getting government college. But you can get MBBS in a private college for sure. So do try for a good private college as the chances of getting government college is not much. I cannot
