See as per your Marks-345 it will be difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. It's actually a low score.

With this it will be 50-50. If you go through the previous year cutoff's then the closing marks was around 476 for State quota and 530 for AIQ for Gauhati Medical college and the least was 420(State quota) for Tezpur Medical college.
So, i think there's a chance
