In most of the cases the permanent IDA recognition is not needed during the NEET entrance. Therefore you need not worry about it. Only in certain cases the IDA recognition is asked from the candidate. Yes, you can apply for the both the Entrance tests. NEEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical,Dental and Veterinary colleges in India. Whereas MHTCET is a state level Common Entrance test for Engineers and medical aspirants.

270 Marks in NEET is not a good score to get admission in Top reputated Colleges. If you want to pursue MBBS or any other Medical course , make sure that you must do your Course from a well reputed college or University. Otherwise you won't have opportunities.

Dear Shaik, Epilepsy falls under Neurological illness. Under benchmark disabilities, blindness, low vision, leprosy cured, hearing impairment, locomotor disability are included. Cerebral Palsy, dwarfism, muscular dystrophy and acid attack victims are also considered under this. Epilepsy doesn't fall under PWD guidelines to be eligible for PWD reservation in NEET. In
