Dear aspirant, you can apply for viteee 2020 as two year gap is allowed. And the marks will considered according to the course you choose , accordingly pcb or pcm will be taken as your main subjects.

Yes you are eligible to apply for JEE exam as according to the eligibility criteria either you have to score 75 percentage in your class 12th boards or you should be in top 20 percentile of your board if a candidate fullfill any one of the caondition

Stray Vacancy round is conducted by the Central/Deemed University for the remaining seats. The DGHS will send the merit list in 1: 10 ratio to the College and the admissions are based on pure merit. For example, for every 1 seat available, DGHS will release a list of 10 candidates.

There no such eligibility criteria if you got a college and didnt join or report at the reporting institute so automatically it conveys that you are not interested in that college and you are awaited for the 2nd councelling round .

Dear Huda, there are 3 GMCs in Hyderabad. You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Colleges under various Categories have been as follows:
