You can only get admission if you have some sort of reservation or through management quota.

You have scored good in neet 2019 but needed a little bit more to have confirmation about government seat through all India quota. You can get bams through all India quota counselling.

And there is no fees requirement for registration in all India quota counselling process you have

For bagging a seat into a government medical college in MP,
if you belong to general category then the last year cutoff was 493 for MBBS seat in government medical college, khandwa.
For sc category the cut was 326 for getting seat into government medical college, Ratlam.
