As much as Im aware. Basically Upload of documents are done while applying For Online Counselling. And after You secured a seat in any college. The at time you.are taking admission they verify you Documents Physical. Like 12th marksheet migration character certificate etc.

Coming to your question at 140 marks in Neet you are not able to get any government Medical College.But you can go for admission in private Medical Colleges through management quota.

According to me ashmeet you can get state quota in haryana because you have domicile of haryana and you will not get admission in state quota in delhi because everyone have only one domicile in all over India no one can take two domicile at a time.

Congratulations on qualifying NEET-2019 With a good score. Yes you can get a government College seat as if you go through you domicile state counselling. As state quota of 85% will be helpful To land you up in government College but with lesser chance of MBBS or BDS

Hi zahera.hope you are doing well.The state counselling authorities will release their own neet state rank list by the end of june month (around last week). it will be announced in the official website and you can check it through online mode.
