Dear Sandhya, Convenor Quota is nothing but Government seats in Private Medical Colleges. There are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota

Hello aspirant yes you are eligible for BCECE counselling. It is not related with JEE Mains. It conducts it's exam without being associated with JEE Mains. If you score well in BCECE you are eligible for counselling as well to take admission in colleges under BCECE.
