Yes, if you are in top 20 percentile than you are definitely eligible for jee. But your intermediate should be in any of this years- 2018, 2019, 2020 only. And for jee advanced 2019, 2020 only will be considered. 

So, if both are correct than you are eligible.

According to me you should participate in mop up round because you have waited quite long. You should check how many seats are available in mopup round for oc category student and analyse the chances. The chances are low ,but you should go for the counseling and try your

Hello aspirant. Ten students are aged of you. In Mop up round, you have very slim cahnces. As in mop up round ten students would not leave the college. Chances are less, keep a track of the merit list. You might get a seat.
