Yes You can get seat From All India Counselling but I would recommend you to try for state counselling as for a student of same state is given preference then others. But nothing is confirmed That You will get MBBS IN government College Maybe You might get BDS

I don't have any specific idea. But the best thing would be To go with both as The Chances might increase as you can avail your state quota benefit as well as doing All India Counselling . Will be beneficiary but not as much as you State counselling.
