Yes, with a score like this, you have a chance of getting into a government medical college. If we look at the previous years cut-offs, you fit in to the category of getting a seat.

The cutoff for OBC was 338 for Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences , Raichur. This cutoff is for government medical college , govt seat. This cutoff is very low as compared to general category , rest it depends on each year's cutoff as it changes every year depending

The last year's cut off for Gondia Government Medical College was 

475 - 488 for Open Category

478 and below till 400 for Reservation category 

These cut off marks are through state quota merit list in 2018 and can change for the current year's NEET State Quota counselling.
