Well according to your score I do not think you will be able to get any government college at all india level in mbbs , you can try for bds.
At 85% state quota you will get bds at almost all the state dental college , for government
the tentative date of counselling of neet punjab state will be started from last week of june.

In karnataka medical counselling will be counducted by karnataka examinations authority (KEA) for 85% of state quota seats . For the 85% seats kea will ask domicile certificate to confirm that you live in karnataka . For neet counselling you need domicile certificate in Karnataka.
