Hi,
For JEE Advanced eligibility, you need to score 75% marks in your 10+2 level if your are from general category and 60% marks if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category. You also need to be born on or after 1st October 1993 while SC/ST candidates are given 5 years relaxation.

As per the exam guidelines, candidates can apply for NET exam with subjects in which they have cleared their post-graduation or related to that subject.
According to your subject, you are eligible to apply with CSIR NET Chemical Sciences and CSIR NET Life Sciences.

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that to give the Gate exam there is no restriction of CGPA , but for doing mtech the 6.0 CGPA is must , so if you have a good rank in gate your chances for selection automatically
yes some mtech courses can be done after bsc like mtech in material science engineering of mysore university.if you look at nano technology and material engineering courses ,these students are allowed to do mtech contact your university.for streams like mtech in electronics,civil,mech you should have BE/BTECH/AMIE it is must.you can
