you can for sure try. management quota in private colleges do not depend on rank much since its management quota and not everybody can afford it,so many seats remain vaccant. so you can definitely try for private colleges .

Well maybe the college being allocated the seats is not allowed to participate in the counseling process this year because of which EWS seats are being showed as 50 instead of 100.
Or any other underlying issue may be there.
