During NEET pg exam registration, i have selected EWS eligibility. But i got to know i am not eligible for EWS. Will I be able to appear in general Category during counceling ?

Shubham Dhane 30th Jan, 2020

Hello,

If you fail to submit the documents as a proof that you belong to EWS category you are considered as a candidate belonging to general category.Your candidature will be cancelled and you cannot participate in counselling. So you need to wait next year.NTA does not entertain any such actions of considering you as a candidate belonging to general category if you fail to submit EWS certificate because whatever the information you have given while filling the application form is considered to be true.

How to correction my wrong choose home state eligibility in jan 2020 attempt as I got 96.2876626 percentile

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 29th Jan, 2020

Unfortunately you cannot go back and make corrections to an application form whose examination has been over and the results have been declared. The last chance you had to make any corrections was the correction window. Now it is too late. But if you are planning on appearing for April session, you need to enter the correct details but nothing can be done about corrections in January session.

all about toefel eligibility and application

prerna vats 25th Jan, 2020

Hello dear student!

The applications and eligibility for TOEFL exam os very simple. You need to have a high school degree or equivalent degree to apply and also passport as your ID proof.
TOEFL is a language proficiency test which is given by the students who want to study abroad and aspire to gain global exposure. There are no specific eligibility criteria for the TOEFL exam prescribed by the ETS (the body that conducts the TOEFL test ) . Majorly, it is given to get admission in universities, colleges or educational institutions of English speaking countries. Those who have passed out high school or equivalent can  give this exam. Apart from this, candidates should hold a valid passport to present as proof of identity at the time of the exam.
Many of the institutions have their own TOEFL eligibility criteria 2020, so, it is suggested that candidates should check the eligibility criteria for the TOEFL exam for individual colleges or universities.
Hope this will help you
All the best!

Ayush 10th Dec, 2020

Hi Candidate,

Eligibility Certificate is the first document, which enables the students to get admission to the chosen course in the university Jurisdiction.

For obtaining eligibility certificate from the Board, the Principal of the School to which admission is being sought will submit to the Board full details of the case and relevant documents with his own remarks/recommendations. The student and the admission authority both are responsible for any discrepancy error, wrong or incomplete information in the form.

Hope that this answer helps you.

i got 60% in jee mains cut off can i get any nit?

manisha.gupta 21st Jan, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission possibilities. But chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile.

You can go for state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana Etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.

You may calculate your expected rank by this formula

100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 874469 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100

Using the formula

(100 - your total score) X 869010 /100

Your probable rank will be 3,47,604.

You can also check your other admission possibilities in state level counselling to go through with the given below link.
