As you mentioned with 63 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.

Reservation to EWS category is added this year only, so exact data will be available once tge counselling process is over.
However based on previous year data of general category a score of 540+ was required to secure a seat in decent government college through state quota.

If you do not go to the college for confirmation and submission of fee, then the seat is allotted to other candidate and it does not affect your option entry for NEET. Hence if you are sure that you will get seat in second round of NEET counselling,
