There is only one state that is karnataka who allows non domicile candidates to participate in their neet counselling.
But you have to do registration in the start of the counselling process that is june for having verified documents.
It's late now you can't participate in that state

By this time you should have filled for the first round of mp neet counselling.If not then you may fill for mop up round.As far as security fee us concerned it is 2,00,000 for private college and gets adjusted in the college fees if you get a seat

Yes you can go for a better college in the second round of counselling if you aren't interested in the college that you have been alloted .Just take part in the counseling and follow the necessary steps .

4.12th marks sheet and passing certificate
5.Category certificate
6.Domicile certificate

10.Certificate for coming under ex armyman.

There is no round of counselling left after mop up round then for what you will do upgradation.
If you will be alloted a mbbs / bds seat in the mop up round then select it and take admission.

The score suggests that your daughter might get a seat in a government dental college and also in the AYUSH courses in a government college .Also if you wish to get her admitted in a private college there too she would get a seat in the MBBS course
