No you cannot get into any college in Bangalore or Coimbatore since under 15% AIQ you need more marks and this year the cutoffs have increased greatly as you too might be knowing. The OBC cutoff last year was around 540 marks and this year it may rise even further.
Yes if you don't freeze (confirm) the option of the college that you received in first list, you get eligible obviously for the second round. But yes you have to complete the formlaitites with the college that you get in the first list, you may have to submit some documents
