Your score is very low to fetch you a seat in dental colleges under AIQ or state quota. As in the year 2018, the cutoff of BDS under All India Quota was 522 marks and cutoff for BDS under state quota was 525 marks

As you mentioned with 187 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
