No.. Honestly speaking, At state merit rank 4576, it's certainly impossible to get any government medical colleges of Maharashtra (Mumbai, Marathwada or even Vidarbha region). These year the cutoffs have went high in Maharashtra and GMCs are expected to close around 3000 SMRs. Frankly speaking getting a private medical college
