As per the NEET 2020 criteria, an unreserved candidate must have a date of birth between 5/5/1995 and 31/12/2003 and must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020. So, it seems you will be eligible to apply for NEET 2021. The registration process

The Qualifying Marks required to appear in NEET exam is given below:

UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

my son scores 270 in NEET UG 2019 in OBC category have any chance in any Govt college in WB?

Hey, usually the cut off marks for West Bengal, Assam goes low so there was a possibility that your son might have got a college if he would have score 400 above marks.. But 270 marks are too less so he won't get a government seat anywhere.. Hope this helps..

No, one can not apply for the seats that are reserved for State quota.. See the other candidates of cat b can apply for All India quota that is only 15% rest all other 85% seats are reserved for the state candidates.. Good luck.. Hope this helps..

Yes, 478 are good enough to get a government medical seat.. There are good chances that you might get a good government college.. Do your choice filling wisely and wait till the last round.. Apply for upgradation in case you are not satisfied.. Hope this helps.. Good luck..
