Hello Fahima, if you already joined the alloted college, you cannot leave the seat. You should surrender the seat before joining the college only. Then you can participate in Round 2 or State Counselling. But if you joined the allotted college of Round 1, you will not be allowed to

Considering the fact that the number of seats have increased this year you might have a chance. 
However there is also the fact that cutoffs are higjer this year as compared to previous years.
