Dwar Vaibhav, MP is not an Open State. And Private Medical College seats are filled through State Counselling alone. So if you want to get admission in Government Quota of MP Private Medical Colleges, you need to have their domicile. But as you dont have the domicile, you cannot participate

If you belong to unreserved category then you haven't qualified NEET examination as the qualifying marks were 134 for unreserved category.

But you might get admission..
