According to NTA who is the conducting authority of NEET exam.

A candidate of general category have to score 50% in PCB to be eligible for a medical seat
A candidate of OBC/SC/ST category have to score 40% in PCB to get into a m edical college.

Well, if you've not registered for the Ayush private college during the time of counseling, then you may not get any option for registration after the first round of seat allocation. But you may personally visit the college for further inquiries about the admission procedure and other information.
