You have not a good score but with a score of 445 and having SC category reservation you can get a seat in the government colleges. You can get MBBS in a government college. You have also chances of getting a government quota seat in any private college.
If we consider the previous year cutoffs then with this score you will definitely get a seat in a government college in Bihar. As you belong to OBC category chances becomes more. Last year in Bihar almost every college had cutoff less than your score in your category.

if you did't get any seat in councelling process your fee will be refunded back to you but you will not get full fee some small amount of it wil be charged and remaining amount will be refunded
