Dear Harshinee, yes you can give it a try in 2020 as well. Now there is no upper age limit for NEET. With no upper limit, a cap on no.of attempts also doesnt apply. Which means that you have unlimited attempts at your disposal.

Dear Zubair, as a non local candidate, you can not participate in other State's Counselling. You can only participate in Karnataka State Counselling. But as a Candidate who doesnt have domicile, you cannot be eligible for their State's reservation. You are only eligiblr for your State's reservation and All India

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 390 under AIQ & 380 under state qouta for Open Category.

I am sorry to say but Admissions in all the Medical college in India, be it Govt. or Private is done only through online mode itself, there is no offline mode to apply for the same.
