As far as your NEET marks are concerned with 440 marks your chances are very less. At this rank either with home state quota or air you might not be able to get a MBBS college . Though you can get any other courses like BHMS BAMS etc

As per the previous year cutoff trends, the lowest NEET rank under the State quota for a BC candidate for Government law colleges was 67,080 in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Adilabad. The cutoff score was 414.
