Only the latest caste certificate is allowed. And as much im aware of there is no such thing as general caste certificate.neither any general caste student is required to submit any certificate. Unless the candidate belongs to EWS. And An EWS Category student can't belong to SC/ST/OBC. Yeah

I am sorry to say but your NEET score is quite low to fetch you a seat in a government veterinary college.The minimum Mark's required is above 400 for the general category students .Though it also varies depending on the state you belong to.

If Your home state or domicile is of Bihar then you can only apply for state counselling of bihar not for Jharkhand. But if you still want to apply You can Go through All India Counselling which is for the rest 15% seats but
