Aggregate 60% for General, 50% for SC/ST/PWD in Maths and science subjects in class 12th exams.

Your aggregate is a bit low . So sorry to say but u are not eligible for KVPY scholarship exam

According to previous year cutoff trends, an obc candidate with marks 378, bagged the government medical seat in tripura through 85%state quote counselling.
So your chnces are quiet low with 300 score in neet even with tripura domicile certificate and obc category. But cutoff trends may vary every year,

Last year the cut off was 378 for the government medical college in tripura through 85%state quote counselling with obc category.
So, if I take previous year cutoff trends for the state tripura, into consideration then you need to score more than 380 to expect a government seat.

Hey Tejas !
For getting the refund, you would be required to wait for a time being because the procedure is initiated once all the rounds of counselling are over.
Since, you didn't qualify NEET, I don't think would be alloted any seat any where till the last round.
