Minimum marks required to get MBBS seat secured vary every year. It is because of many factors like number of students appeared,negative marking, difficulty level of paper etc.

As per your rank in Bihar state and category you are having some chances of getting PMCH but still it can't be confirmed. Your home state quota will helpful for you. I suggest you to go for the counselling and have a look what will happen.
