Sorry to say but your score in NEET is not that good so it will not be possible for you to grab a seat in any government medical college of UK.
Even though you belong to OBC category you need atleast 400 marks to get into a good rank

Though you belong to the OBC category but getting a seat in government college with this rank is difficult. The cutoff marks in Bihar is quite high. Last year for most of the colleges the cutoff was around 525+. So this year also the scenario will not change
You can apply for state quota only in your state i.e. in the state in which you have domicile. If you belong to AP then you can apply for state quota only in AP. If you want to apply in Karnataka for medical colleges you need to apply
