First of all congratulations on getting this score in your first attempt! Looking at previous statistics it all depends on your category and the rank you have received. According to last year's selection Thanjavur Medical College's opening rank was 1935 and closing rank was 4562 for Round 1 counselling.
The document verification process is done for the counseling via state quota for 85% of seats .
Since you had registered for the All India quota so you don't need to go for document verification but for the state counselling it would be needed.
