The domicile certificate is needed for admission. And if you were the domicile of the UP STATE then you could have used your UP QUOTA. As in example their is quota for DElhi students in DElhi colleges of 85%. SAme is in UP

First of all let's consider All India Quota, out of 15 % seats around 9% seats are for general category. And if you come under state quota of maharastra, around 50% seats come in general category where obc is around 20% and SC around 14% ,ST 6 %.

If you have failed to register for the round 1 of counseling of NEET UG 2019, then no need to panic you can still register for the successive rounds or for the last mopup round for admission into your desired college through mcc counseling.

With 355 you won't be able to get into any medical colleges in AP through NEET counselling but you can try for some colleges outside AP which offers you courses in MBBS/BDS. In my opinion if you want to pursue MBBS you can try for North Eastern Region
