Hope you are doing well. There is no separate document verification for NEET if you are seeking admissions through State quota. The document verification for K-CET will be considered as your K-CET and NEET roll numbers are linked. You can download the verification slip from the official website

The candidates who have qualified NEET 2019 can participate in the counselling process. The counselling process includes registration,choice filling,choice locking,seat allotment,document verification.
The date of document verification is between June 28 to July 3,2019.

Yes,you are eligible for AP ICET if your distant mode of education is recognised by the joint committee of UGC,AICTE,DEC.
The other eligibility criteria requires you to have minimum 50 percent in graduation level.The degree should be of minimum three years from any recognised University or it's equivalent with
