There is a total of 2% seats for NCC certificate holders in the seat allotment matrix of Uttar Pradesh NEET counselling. There are a total of 2265government seats in UO NEET counselling. So for NCC certificate holders, there are around 450 seats available.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the document verification is extremely important for the state counselling. The state merit list is released only once and that is done after the document verification is done. So, if you do not do the document verification, you cannot apply for any round of counselling.
No you can't leave 1st round and then apply for 2nd round.. Read the guidlguide property in oder to take part in counselling procedure and get a government college you have to take part in counselling since beginning.. Also you have your name in 1st merit list so you should

The allotment is done on the basis of state rank a student got in the merit list.
As only state domicile students have the right to take the benefits of 85% state quota seats for government college because of which only Karnataka state students will be alloted government
