On declaration of merit list, you can know your UP state rank which will be made available from 25 June, 2019 on the official website NEET-UG 2019 Counselling. However, today is the last date for online registration and the fee for it is Rs.2000 only.

Well I would like to tell you that if you are a non karnatakan student then you will not be able to attend the counseling for government medical and dental colleges. You are only eligible for private medical and government colleges. So you need to be clear for that.
