Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is really difficult to get into any of th medical colleges as the cutoffs are really high for medical colleges.

As you have mentioned unreserved category in Neet application , now as you are having obc certificate , now you cannot change your category in application . Now there is no option to change category , you need to appear for counseling with unreserved category itself .

Karnataka examinations authority (Kea) conducts counselling of neet . Now kea is conducting documents verification process . As of now kea hasn't released calender of events , option entry will start soon . Keep checking website daily.
