As per the marks that you have mentioned your marks are too low to get you a seat in self financed medical colleges in Gujarat but you can apply for private colleges of other states under management quota . Private colleges do not participate in all India counseling .

Yes,  Definitely you can use any other bank account for payment of counselling registration. Registration can be done using debit card and it is not at all a compulsion to use your own bank account. The payment gateway will not ask whether account is yours or not.

You'll most probably get a government college. Last year the least marks taken in SC category was 326 by Government Medical College, Ratlam. This year the cut offs are expected to rise but still you have a chance to make it to a college. Keep yourself updated and
