As per previous year cut off teen, your chances of getting a government medical college with a score of 479 in NEET if you have a domicile of Maharashtra is fair enough. This is only if a similar cut off trend is seen.

As you mentioned with general category and 600 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
