First the all india quota is for the admission in medical or dental curses only for the govt. medical and dental colleges. So if you want to apply for the vaterinary science then you have to register on the website of the respective college in which you want to go

Hi there, sorry to say but for getting any private seat also you need to first qualify the exam with  minimum qualifying marks and yours are below that so you aren't eligible.

No the eligibility criteria for the NEET is PCB with 50% marks and no failure is allowed. you have to clear the subject first and then you will be eligible for the NEET entrance. Because untill you complete your class 12 the result will not be accepted in NEET counselling.
