The cutoff of Andhra Pradesh was 427 for Govt. Medical College , Anantapur. There is no B category reservation in Karnataka. According to your score , it is difficult to get a medical college seat in Andhra Pradesh as there is huge difference between the two marks. Rest

As per my opininion you may apply for state counseling or wait for 2nd round counseling.

If you have scored more than cutoff then you may get a seat in 2nd or 3rd round too.
