To start with, UPSC Civil Service Exam consists of three level-

Interview

Preliminary numbers are not added in the final list, you just need to score the required cut offs against your category.It mainly consists of GS Paper-I and CSAT. Both consists of 200 marks, MCQs based.

• 30 in Maths(120 marks)
• 30 in Physics(120 marks)
• 30 in Chemistry(120 marks)

The exam paper will have 4 sections;

Basic Sciences

Electronic Stream

Mechanical Stream

Other Engineering Stream

You can answer questions in any order of preference. The exam is objective type for 90 minutes and 90 questions will be given. And the exam is only in English.
